Beijing, travel photographer Chris Etchells visually explores the street
scenes, people and culture of the world. His style puts a strong emphasis
on the shapes, texture, graffiti and colour of the streets he encounters.
Despite all the sites of the world he uncovers, no place has a fonder
place in his heart than Gainsborough as this photographic love letter
will testify.

Chris Etchells was born in New Mills, Derbyshire in 1979. He qualified as a press photographer in 1997 and has lived and worked in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire for the last 10 years. He has had four solo exhibitions and has had work in galleries around the world, including Venice, Italy and Colorado, USA. He was named Professional Photographer Magazine Travel Photographer of the Year in 2006.
This is Chris' first photographic book and contains 118 pages with 109 photographs.
